Mission Statement
The Great British Baton Twirling Association (GBBTA) is led by a dedicated team of independent officials with extensive knowledge and experience in baton twirling, majorettes, pom dance, and the wider carnival community.
Our officials are always happy to demonstrate techniques, share their expertise, and offer guidance and support to members at every opportunity.
Professionalism, fairness, and integrity are at the heart of everything we do. As GBBTA officials, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards in the way we conduct ourselves and carry out our responsibilities.
Our aim is to create an association where every troupe feels valued, respected, and proud to be a member. We strive to foster a welcoming environment that gives all members a genuine sense of belonging while supporting their growth, development, and enjoyment of our sport.
